Oh Gosh by Connor Kaplan

Oh Gosh by Connor Kaplan
Through the window of my home I see a lighthouse.
Confused I walk outside to find myself in a desert
Am I dreaming because this is like The Land of Lost.
A paint can with a bendy straw in like someone was drinking
Hawaiian coffee out of it. A chalkboard stands on two wheels
next a group of people in chairs. As I walk over to see who they are
I notice they are frozen in time.  The group consists a random people;
King Henry VII; Abhshaek; Obama, Galileo; the head of the IRS; and Deadpool, the antihero.
Even become even more confused when I look at the board.
On it is a cello concerto, a mathematical representation of an icicle, and kitten.
A keep walking to find a kind flying in the sky without a breeze.
Thinking of food I walk over to see if the kite is being flown by someone,
but it was just silly stringed to a can opener and a telephone.
I look up to find a gigantic crumb of cake with a hole in it.
As I take I bite I see water sprinkling around.
Water, in a desert?
So naturally I investigate to find a mermaid statue.
The statue was just the beginning because I would find
the most brilliant discovery since the little plastic thing on the end of a shoelace.
I had found a giant moving sand bucket pouring the endless sea of powder
onto the not so lost city of Atlantis.
