Sanity of
Mind
Pushing through this rush of living-
All I can do is
Let those emotions run over
My mind like the waves crashing-
Those sounds, crisp, real, destructive.
Taking in everything around me
Could mean absolute destruction
Of my mind and sanity,
But if I don’t try to do
Something, I will never know
What the outcome could've been.
How does it possibly
Work? How does it feel
To love?
I learn all these things over again,
But the result never changes-
If there’s a future here, I want it!
I’ll find it.
